Heima24 is a German online shop, and its home page was blocked by our tools when we tried to read it. So this review is built from the shop's trading partner profile, its Trusted Shops listing, and public reviews. We say so up front because heating is not a small purchase, and you should check live prices on the shop yourself.
Your Project in Five Steps
If you are replacing a heating system or building a bathroom, here is how the shop fits into a normal project.
- Decide on a job. New heating, a new radiator, underfloor heating, pipework or a bathroom upgrade.
- Pick the parts. The shop lists heat pumps, solar heating, radiators, underfloor heating sets, pipe systems, bathroom fittings, garden watering and tools.
- Check the brand. The shop's profile names makers such as Buderus, Viessmann and Vaillant.
- Confirm the delivery. Large items come by freight forwarder, not a normal parcel.
- Check the return rules. Public sources list a 30 day right of withdrawal, so read the terms for bulky goods.

Deals Reported Right Now in Heima24
The shop did not load for us, so we cannot confirm offers from its pages. Coupon sites report the following, and they often disagree with each other.
| Offer | What Coupon Sites Report |
|---|---|
| Newsletter voucher | Shipping voucher of 5.95 euros, or a first order discount, depending on the site |
| Code THERME5 | 5% off, reported for some heating products |
| Sale prices | Discounts from 25% to 70% on selected items, such as garden hoses and shower channels |
| Brand discounts | 5% on Buderus gas boilers, reported by one site |
Treat every one of these as unconfirmed. Sale percentages on coupon sites are often the highest figure for one product. The only way to know is to compare the price in your cart with the product price today.
Four Product Areas to Know
1. Heat Pumps and Heating Systems
The shop lists heat pumps, solar heating and complete heating systems from known makers. Reviewers on Trusted Shops mention buying heat pumps for self installation and say the shop answered technical questions honestly.
A heat pump is a big decision. Ask a qualified installer to confirm the size and the set up before you order.
Best For: Homeowners planning an upgrade with a professional installer.
2. Radiators and Underfloor Heating
The shop sells compact and valve radiators, bathroom radiators, replacement radiators and underfloor heating sets. The sets cover stapled, studded, dry build and thin layer systems, plus an electric option.
Check the room size and the heat output before you buy. One public review mentions a buyer who ordered the wrong radiator and had to return it.
Best For: People renovating a single room or a whole floor.
3. Pipe Systems and Fittings
The shop lists multilayer composite pipes, copper pipes, stainless steel pipes and fittings. A buyer on Trustpilot praised the quality of press fittings and tubing after four orders.
Pipework is easy to get wrong. Match the pipe size and the fitting system, and ask a professional if you are unsure.
Best For: DIY fitters and tradespeople who know their system.
4. Bathroom, Shower and Garden
The shop covers bathroom fixtures and shower channels, plus garden watering items and tools. Coupon sites mention discounts on shower channels and garden hoses.
It is a handy one stop shop for a bathroom refit, though you should still measure the room and the drain position before you order.
Best For: Renovators who want bathroom and heating parts in one order.
What Reviewers Complain About
The reviews are not all glowing. The Trusted Shops summary says many customers report bad experiences with delivery carriers, especially GLS and freight forwarders. A smaller site reports late pallets, wet parcels and a delivery that missed a confirmed date.
That is a pattern worth noting. If your project is on a schedule, order early, add a buffer of days, and ask about delivery windows. Inspect the goods when they arrive and note any damage on the delivery slip.
A Simple Way to Order Without Regret
Heating orders go wrong in boring ways. The part is the wrong size. The delivery date moves. The installer needs one more fitting.
So slow down before you click. Write down the exact model, the output and the connection size. Ask your installer to confirm the list. Then order a little earlier than you need, and keep the shop's order confirmation and the delivery slip.
If something arrives damaged, photograph it before you sign. If you ordered the wrong item, check the withdrawal terms for bulky goods, because return costs for large items can be higher than for a parcel.
