Current Offers on the M&M'S Store
The M&M's store sells personalised candy and themed gifts. We read the US homepage and shipping page on October 12, 2026.
| Offer | Detail |
|---|---|
| Party favours | 15% off with code SPICE; no end date shown |
| Free shipping | Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 and up; details are linked but not shown. |
| Cool packs | Included if needed, per the banner |
| Email list | Sign up for "all deals and offers", no discount stated. |
| Member programme | None listed |
The code is listed for party favours only. The page says "15% off favours with code SPICE", so we would not expect it to work on gift boxes or jars.
What a Halloween Order Costs
The homepage features a Halloween range. These prices were shown on October 12.
| Product | Price |
|---|---|
| Round pumpkin gift box | $24.99 |
| Halloween gift jar | $29.99 |
| Halloween bundle gift box | $39.99 |
| Halloween dispenser | $74.99 |
| Happy Halloween party favours! | $2.99 each |
| Halloween BOO party favours | $2.99 each |
With the SPICE code, a $2.99 favour drops to about $2.54 each. That is our math. It is a small saving per piece, but it grows with a class party. Twenty favours cost $59.80 at full price and about $50.83 with the code, a difference of about $8.97.
Notice what that does to the free shipping line. Twenty favours at $50.83 are below $75, so standard shipping would not be free. The next section shows what that costs.
Shipping Costs, in Plain Numbers
The shipping page lists rates for US addresses. The banner offers free standard shipping at $75, but the shipping table does not show that exemption, so confirm it in your cart.
| Order Size | Standard | Express |
|---|---|---|
| Up to $1,000 | $9.99, 5 to 7 business days | $29.99, 1 to 2 business days |
| Over $1,000 | $75 flat | $100 flat |
| Alaska and Hawaii | Add $20 to any order. | Add $20 to any order. |
Express runs Tuesday through Saturday only, and orders do not ship on weekends for Monday delivery. The store does not ship to Canada, APO or FPO addresses, or PO boxes. Orders over $5,000 need a call to customer service at 1-888-696-6788.
A quick plan for a $60 order: it falls short of $75 by $15, and standard shipping is $9.99. Adding one $24.99 round pumpkin gift box takes it to $84.99 and removes the shipping fee. Only add it if you will use it.
Personalising Your Candy
The homepage points to several custom options:
- A configurator for personalised M&M's
- A personalised signature box with a name on it, styled like a movie theatre box, with no price shown
- A custom blend of colours for any celebration
- Company-branded M&M'S for businesses, with a quote request
- A new option to personalise packaging
No prices appear for the custom items on the homepage. Because custom orders depend on your choices, expect a price at the point of design. The page also does not state a lead time for custom orders, so order early for a date-bound event.
Why Consider M&M'S Direct?
Choice is the first reason. You can mix colours, add names, and pick packaging, which a grocery shelf cannot offer.
Timing is the second. Themed gifts, such as the Halloween box and jar, are ready to ship.
Business needs are the third. The store has a path for company-branded candy, corporate gifts, and favours, with a quote request.
The caution is returns. The pages we read did not show a returns policy, only links to terms and shipping information. Custom food items are often final sale, but we cannot confirm that here, so read the terms before you design anything.

M&M'S Delivery Options Side by Side
We could not read usable pricing from the Jelly Belly and Hershey's sites, so this table compares the choices inside the M&M'S store. It shows how the same order changes with the delivery option.
| Order | Standard Shipping | Express Shipping | Total, Standard | Total, Express |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $60 order | $9.99 | $29.99 | $69.99 | $89.99 |
| $75 order | Free per banner | $29.99 | $75.00 | $104.99 |
| $100 order | Free per banner | $29.99 | $100.00 | $129.99 |
| $1,100 order | $75 | $100 | $1,175.00 | $1,200.00 |
Totals are our maths from the published rates. The free standard line comes from the banner, not the shipping table.
A Party Order, Worked Out
Suppose you need favours for a classroom or a Halloween party. Here is how the cost changes with the number of pieces, using the $2.99 price and the SPICE code. The totals are our math.
| Favours | Full Price | With SPICE | Shipping, Standard | Total With SPICE |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 20 | $59.80 | $50.83 | $9.99 | $60.82 |
| 25 | $74.75 | $63.54 | $9.99 | $73.53 |
| 30 | $89.70 | $76.25 | Free per banner | $76.25 |
| 40 | $119.60 | $101.66 | Free per banner | $101.66 |
At 25% off, the full price is $74.75, which is just $0.25 short of the $75 line. With the code, the price falls further below the line, and you would pay shipping. At 30% off, the code still leaves you above $75, so shipping is free. That is a good number to aim for.
One catch: we do not know if the $75 line counts the price before or after the code. The banner does not say. If it counts the price after the code, 30 favours at $76.25 clears the line by $1.25, which is tight. A larger order is safer.
Picking a Gift by Budget
If you are buying a single gift, the homepage offers these choices.
- Under $30: the round pumpkin gift box at $24.99 or the Halloween gift jar at $29.99.
- Around $40: the Halloween bundle gift box at $39.99.
- Big display piece: the Halloween dispenser at $74.99.
A single $24.99 box adds $9.99 for standard shipping, so the real cost is $34.98. The dispenser at $74.99 is $0.01 under the $75 line. That is easy to miss. Adding a $2.99 favour puts you at $77.98 and removes the shipping fee, which saves $7.00 net.
These gift boxes and jars come in a Halloween theme, so they suit the month of October. The store also lists a new M&M's x NFL range, without prices on the homepage, so check the product page for its cost.
